Who am I?

Cast of Characters:

Melissa - This is my blog. 30 something married lesbian. I am currently trying to conceive pregnant with our third child (with the same Known Donor and process we used with J). So far I have not been successful but I will keep trying! I will use this as a place to journal and vent about this pregnancy journey. I have an old blog that I used to write and it was fairly popular among the lesbians-trying-to-have-a-baby community. I started a new blog as this is a new chapter in my life.

Lauren - Also 30 something lesbian. My wife of 9 yrs. (together 10). We met online before all the cool kids were doing it. Lauren recently graduated from nursing school which could be a blog all on its own! Her path is to become a midwife. She is my best friend and is an excellent Mom!

B - is my 14 yr. old daughter from a previous relationship. My wife Lauren has raised her with me since B was 4. She is just like me and because of this we tend to butt heads. She is a loving and affectionate child with a teenage attitude.

J -  is our 5 yr. old son. Lauren is his bio-mom and he was conceived via at home insemination through a Known Donor. He is a big kid for his age but is a gentle giant. He loves to watch funny videos about video games on You Tube and has every dinosaur toy/book ever made.
